Additional Continuing Education Courses

All Licensees are required to successfully complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education, including at least 3 hours of instruction pertaining to fair housing and/or discrimination in the sale or rental of real property or an interest of real property, within the two-year period immediately preceding such renewal.

NYSERDA - Basic Energy Efficiency/ENERGY STAR training for NYS Realtors.  The NYSBA Research & Education Foundation will be holding a class, offering four (4) hours of FREE continuing education credits on February 29, 2012, from 8:00am to 12:00pm.  This class will be held in the BNAR training room.  You need to register by February 24, 2012 in order to attend this class.  Click here for the registration form and information.
