Designation and Certification Courses

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide-range of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.

To register for any designation courses or certification courses, there are four options listed below.

GRI RI407 - Building Your Real State Practice - Due to unforeseen circumstances, the GRI RI407 class that was scheduled to be held September 26, 2012 will now take place on  JULY 26, 2012 , same time, 8:30a-5:30p, same place, BNAR, 200 John James Audubon Parkway, Ste.201, Amherst, NY 14228; Cost, $125 members/$150 non-members

SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist - October 10-11, 2012; Cost $295 members/$320 non-members

GRI RI406 - Price It Right - Understanding the Appraisal Process - November 15, 2012; Cost, $125 members/$150 non-members
