New Education Requirements for REALTORS
Effective July 1, 2021 Every real estate licensee, including those real estate brokers who had previously claimed exemption of "grandfathering" will need to comply with the state's new Continuing Education requirements. According to the update, the 22 1/2 hours of required continuing education now includes 2 1/2 hours of ethical business practices and 1 hour of legal updates in addition to the previously required 3 hours of Fair Housing training and 1 hour of law of agency(2 hours in the first renewal period for agents).

Approved for 6 hours of continuing education and includes one hour of Fair Housing training requirement
After passing the course, you may earn NAR's AHWD certification by submitting an application and one-time fee of $49
This course may be used as an elective for the ABR designation. You will receive the zoom link two days prior to the course along with the student handout.

Course Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing no later than 10 days prior to the class to receive a full refund. "NO SHOWS" forfeit entire tuition.
