Mortgage Assistance Relief Services
There have been a number of inquiries regarding the new Mortgage Assistance Relief Services rule pertaining to short sales and licensees negotiating on behalf of sellers in a short sale. The National Association of REALTORS® has provided some guidance to licensees as to the requirements under the MARS rule as well as instructions and a template to use when drafting your own form.
