WHO IS ELIGIBLE for a Supra Active Key or to carry the eKey on their phone?
Full Members of the BNAR are eligible for a Supra Active Key, or an eKey, used to open iBox keyboxes.
PLEASE NOTE: The BNAR only sells/leases these products to members as a service under the advisement of the Supra Corporation. Supra collects fees and bills you directly. The BNAR does NOT collect these fees, but we offer you the fee schedule below.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE?
Blue iBox keyboxes - electronic boxes that are blue. All previous versions of the keyboxes are no longer supported by the BNAR or Supra(also called Lockboxes). Please register your lockboxes onto your MLS listings. This will give you full access to the benefits of your active key or E-Key. Also, Lockbock access during Daylight Savings time changed to 8 AM to 10 PM. During Standard time, the hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM.

For a list of available devices CERTIFIED by Supra, read this CURRENT DEVICES document,updated 3/16/2012. This list is maintained by Supra and placed here for your convenience. Be sure to check out the new BLACKBERRY phones which can carry the Supra E-key software now. They do require that you use a FOB to open the lock box. The BNAR has FOBs in stock for purchase.
eKey Basic for the Apple iPhone is now Available (Starting August 24th, 2010)
The eKey for the iPhone adaptor can be purchased from BNAR for $52.95 plus tax. The software should be downloaded from the iTunes App Store. The adapter is a small device that plugs into the bottom of the iPhone and allows the iPhone to communicate with the lockbox with a low powered infrared light. The adapter does not require batteries. If you have a current activeKey, it can be returned to BNAR and a refund is requested by activeKey holder. ActiveKEY = Before Tax $91.62
eKEY Professional Service = Before Tax $27.40
eKEY Basic Service = Before Tax $19.70
Activation Fee = $50.00
Dates
The due date for your invoices will be 07/22/11, therefore we will be pulling billing information and creating invoices on Thursday, 06/16. The date the data is pulled for billing is very important. All agents being issued an ActiveKEY after the billing information is pulled will be charged the full semi-annual fee in addition to the prorated fee for the balance of the previous period.
In other words:
- Anyone who has an ActiveKEY assigned to them in SupraNET as of close of business on the 16th will be receiving a semi-annual invoice.
- Anyone who is assigned an ActiveKEY for the first time on 06/17 or later will not be invoiced, and therefore will be charged the new semi-annual fee up front when they get their key.
Addresses
The Supra system will use the billing address as the primary address for mailing invoices. If we have an invalid or incomplete address on record from the keyholder, the system will default to the next best address in the system (first the keyholders billing address, then their office address if the personal address is incomplete or invalid).
If the system finds no valid address for the customer or office from our records or from SupraNET, it will default to the BNAR office address for distribution. Please note that all address changes submitted to us directly or with the payment coupons last year have been updated in our system.
WHO will be invoiced
The Supra system will be invoicing keyholders who are on inactive or hold status. If they have a key assigned to them in SupraNET, they will be invoiced for it.
