We are excited to announce that the BNAR will be hosting its very first DEI Event on June 1st from 6:00 - 9:30 pm at Banchetti's.  Please register through your member portal by May 26th.

The event includes foods from around the world, cultural dances, and music. There will be an educational room filled with different local vendors, charities, and groups that will educate you on local opportunities.  Come be inspired.  Come make that difference. Come get to know your fellow Realty community and simply come have fun!

Our guest speaker is Crystal Rodriguez, Deputy Mayor of the City of Buffalo. Deputy Mayor Crystal Rodriguez-Dabney is a lifelong resident of Buffalo. She holds an Advanced Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, a Master of Laws, and a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo Law School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University in San Marcos. Since 2018, she has served as the Chief of Staff to Katherine S. Conway-Turner, Ph.D., President of Buffalo State College, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the President’s office, among other duties. She has also served as Chief Diversity Officer, where she oversees the College’s Equity and Campus Diversity program. She will be discussing the benefits of DEI and the importance of bringing the awareness to our community. She is sure to inspire us all!
