Residential/Condo Sales Statistics

Multiple Listing Service Monthly Sales Stats - We publish updated spreadsheets in PDF format, with MLS statistical data going back 10 full years to 2001.

These are existing homes and condos sold by members of WNYREIS through the MLS system for the counties we serve: Erie, Niagara, Cattaragus, Genesee, Chatauqua, Allegany, Orleans and Wyoming - with a small number in Livingston, and Monroe. The cumulative columns go back over the year and pull in sales that were added after the monthly snapshot.

Statistical Indicators we track each month: We have kept track for the last 10 years - Each file shows a spreadsheet of 10 years worth of totals, these only show a snapshot at the current date it was updated and is not a true cumulative. Updated on February 1, 2012:
