Appraisal

All appraisers are required to successfully complete twenty-eight (28) hours of approved continuing education prior to renewal. All courses must be completed within the two-year license cycle. Individuals who successfully complete an appraiser qualifying course during any license term in anticipation of changing their classification, may receive continuing education credit for such a course.    The 7-hour National USPAP Update Course must be  completed every two-years prior to the renewal and may  be applied toward the 28-hour continuing education  requirement.
