• Agents Day -  Joanne Shubert and Lisa Grover Co Chairs - Agents' Day is October 28, 2026 at the Grapevine Banquets, 333 Dick Road.  Save the date.  Theme to follow. Rumor has that it may be Hallowened theme.  
   
• Community Engagement - Patrick Stanchak and Andre Scott Co Chairs -  The committee continues to be visible in their communities and would like to get more BNAR members involved.  Let Andre Scott and Pat Stanchak know if you would like to volunteer for the Miracle League, Salvation Army, Tops May 14 Annual Event, Concordia Cemetery Block Party, Sleep in Heavenly, Canalside Asian Event and more. 
   
• Best Practices -  Chair Kelly Limina and Vice Chair Mary Beth Dentinger and their committee continue to identify different business issues affecting the industry 
   
• Government Affairs - Chair Donna Littlefield and Vice Chair Christine Noonan continue to have guest speakers at their meetings - next one is Mike Kelly from NYSAR.  
   
• Education  - Chair Margaret Fisher and Vice Chair Margaret Hartman - once again continuing education is free - schedule can be found on the BNAR website calendar.  We have added commercial real estate classes this year. 
   
• Culture and Global Committee - Chair Judy Lee - mission to promote cross-border real estate transactions, and educating members on global market and different cultures through outreach, education and awareness.
   
• RPAC  – Chair Brian Miller and Vice Chair Katie Wolcott  - Coming Up:  Sunset Cruise Aboard the Grand Lady on June 24, 2026 and the infamous Meat Brawl on September 30, 2026.  Register through your member portal.  See you all there!!
   
• Forms & Contracts - Chair Erika French and Vice Chair Britt Konczyk and their committee will identify what's coming up the pipeline 
   
• Technology - Joel JusVar and James Wangelin Co-Chairs and their committee continue to monitor the latest technology that would be valuable to our members. FOREWARN the safety app is being launched to the membership at no cost. Training dates begin on March 24 and can be found on the BNAR calendar
   
• Professional Standards co-chaired by Marcie Delgaty, miriam treger and Jim Knight with Grievance headed by by Co Chairs Jen Loomis, Patrick Stanchak and Deanna Zavah is keeping order amongst us.  Mediation is also a member benefit and is Co-Chaired by Marcie Delgaty and Lisa Avery
