Key Communicator
The Key Communicator is a liaison in each member office to the BNAR. Updates are sent out monthly to member offices through our Key Communicators and Office Managers to keep them informed and to distribute information in your office.
Will you take the Oath? Do you solemnly swear to fulfill your duties and responsibilities as Key Communicator by sharing information from the BNAR to the best of your ability? We hope the answer is yes.

Her charity is the Miracle League of Grand Island & WNY - In June 2010, a few local residents were sitting at McMahon’s Restaurant talking about a recently discovered website, www.miracleleague.com It was an instant “Ah Ha” moment. They all knew at that exact moment they needed to build Miracle League field. No one really needed to say anything; it was the tears streaming down everyone’s cheeks that said it all. They continued to meet and exchange ideas. The more people that found out about the idea, the bigger the dream became.
In January 2011, the group formed the corporation Miracle League of Grand Island & Western New York, Inc. and has since received its 501 c 3 status from the Internal Revenue Service as a charitable nonprofit organization. The Grand Island Town Board was quick to support the group and offered the land to build the field. Working in cooperation with the town, many volunteers, contractors and professionals have donated their talents and time to build the field and develop the organization.
The dream has become a reality in such a short period of time with the tremendous amount of support from the community. We would like to thank all those who are participating and contributing to this wonderful organization.
So, come out and check us out and PLAY BALL!!
How Does It Work?
Games will be similar to traditional baseball game with scoring, balls, strikes, outs and innings.
To participate players respectfully must be able to comfortably;
- Reach the ground to field a batted ball
- Hit a pitched ball
- Get to first base unassisted
- Compete at a safe individual level (Buddies will not be used)
- Throw the ball

This is for players looking for a more competitive and challenging game.
