• 3 Hours Fair Housing – BNAR Fair Housing plus One Hour Agency – 4 Hours - Required
• 2.5 Hours Ethical Business Practices - BNAR Code of Ethics Plus One Hour of Agency - Required
• 1 Hour Legal Matters - BNAR Recent Legal Matters - Required
• 1 Hour Agency (2 agency hours for initial license renewal) – BNAR Agency – 2 Hours - Required
• 11 Elective Hours

The Current NAR Training Cycle (Cycle 7) is: January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2024.  If you have taken the Ethics course outside the BNAR, please email a copy of your certificate to ccozzarin@bnar.org
