New York State Virtual Broker Summit
April 17-18
This FREE event, sponsored by the New York State Association of REALTORS, will take place virtually on zoom April 17 from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm and on April 18 from Noon until 2:00 pm. Both sessions will be kicked off with NYSAR President, and BNAR Member, Joseph Rivellino.
April 17 will feature a legal presentation on employment, Department of State and more by Claude Szyfer, partner at Hogan Lovells, LLP followed by a brief question and answer session; and “The Future of MLS & Broker Collaboration – How to Drive More Value in an Evolving Marketplace”, presented by Amy Grade and Chris Bennett, Cofounders and managing partners of PRESTA Team followed by a brief question and answer session.
April 18 will feature a presentation by Adorna Carroll, who will speak on what brokers need to understand regarding the National Association of REALTORS lawsuits and what’s next for brokers followed by a brief question and answer session. At 2:00 pm there will be a panel discussion on how brokers are preparing for the next phase of broker business (panel members to be announced at later date.
